Building chatbots has never been easier!

On the 24^th July 2019 at the Allianz Digital Session 2.0 in Munich, we shared a phenomenal step when Julien Bardou, Head of Allianz Robotics from Allianz Technology and Shay Katzir, Technical Lead from Allianz Global Digital Factory introduced the Allianz Chatbot Platform for the first time! 

The Allianz Chatbot Platform is an out-of-the-box chatbot builder with plug-and-play integrations to Allianz systems that allow any Allianz business entities to develop, run and manage both internal and external chatbots, all from an easy-to-use web application.  

With a live-demo, they showed the audience just how easy it is to implement chatbots at scale with this 100% SaaS solution, bringing chatbots to production in a few clicks. 

Gone are the days when building and implementing chatbots was an expensive and challenging task. This solution enables anyone to build a chatbot within the intuitive platform without the need of having developers or IT experts in the team.

This is absolutely how we bring customer centricity in Allianz to the next level. Chatbots can be a key driver for simplicity. We are really thrilled to see the fruition of this platform from its conceptualization since April 2019.
